The yoga exercises are usually very slow, easy and peaceful. It can be practised by anyone. The target of it is not to learn complicated yoga positions (asanas), but activation of the body energy flow, mind peacefulness and reconnection with your own self. In Sanskrit the word yoga means connection with yourself but also with environment around you. This connection is impossible without a healthy body, steady mind and clear consciousness, therefore yoga builds on ayurvedic principles. Yoga programmes target not only the physical problems such as back pain, join pain or head ache, but also mental conditions of the patients. The most of the psychosomatic and civilisation diseases are stress-related, that is why the main focus is on peaceful energy flow in the body and calmness of the mind.

Note: If you are interested in intense or advanced yoga programme, we recommend you not to combine it with intense ayurveda healing programme. In long term perspective it can by contraproductive.
